Description

Vanessa Stenger is a very attractive woman in her mid twenties. Her wavey long brown hair hangs down to her mid-back, and her sparkling green eyes seem to greet every person and situation with enthusiasm. She has a pretty laugh, and an even prettier smile, neither of which she is afraid to use.

She addresses people by name, and can usually remember anyone after meeting them just once. Further, she has the genuine ability to make someone feel like they are the very important, not as a tactic to sell them or manipulate them, but more because she does feel that everyone is important, and that everyone has something important to share or do.

Vanessa takes her duties as a priest very seriously, and enjoys working with the Awakened, teaching them the dogma and practices of the servants of light. She can be a determined instructer, but often finds a kind word being a better motivator then a stern one.

Motives

Vanessa's short term goals include increasing the number of priests at the Church, as well as helping the people of Dagger Falls embrace the light of Lathander.

A long term goal of Vanessa is to find a husband to start a family with. She also has dreams of one day taking over for High Morninglord Angela Thorne as caretaker of the Dagger Fall's Temple.

History

Valyn and Vanessa often spent time together before the revolution. Vanessa had already taken her vows to the church, while Valyn still remained in the Militia and at his father's farm. While very happy that he has now joined the church, she is a little resentful that he is of higher rank than she, despite having been in the church longer.
