To those near Star City in MSP, Victoria Evansworth is the talented, beautiful, young, bar owner of The Web. Her bar is located about two blocks outside of Star City, among the affluent parts of the Bloomington Burbs. Her bar is an old four story office building from the early 21st century that has had all its windows bricked up and the bottom two floors ripped out to make it. Three primary rooms comprise the former first two floors; the dance hall, the smoking room, and the tavern. The dance hall plays a daily schedule of fusion music: reggae, trance, rap-rock, folk, jazz, instrumental, and dance all fused with rock. Young, independent, talented, original local music plays daily on the dance hall stage. The smoking room is a liquor bar and strip bar, with four stages. The tavern is just that, predominantly tables and booths, it serves a menu as eclectic as its counterpart’s music. All three serve alcohol, food, and good times. The old third floor is a traditional bar, with three counters, each on one wall of the Web. The last wall is the office of the proprietor. All four form an elevated level, which is open in the middle, and overlook the level below. The fourth floor is cut off from the lower three except by access of a pair of hidden stair wells, and a trio of security doors. The fourth flooor is home to the proprietor and has some of the best security around; that and secrecy of its existence. She is also rumored to deal in drugs, other illicit pleasures and secrecy booths in the lower levels. The Web in general has excellent security, provided by the talented bounce staff. The complete lack of windows provides security in addition to blocking the view of the sexy wait staff, which has a reputation that is as impressive as that of the bouncers. Around the city the Web is an extremely popular locale for both corps and star eyes to slum, and for runners and gangers in the burbs to sport their presentable side. Some of the Plexes most successful runners make the Web their hangout.

 

Spydr is a collector and dealer in future used goods. Her territory is Northopolis, and she is believed to call somewhere in MSP home. She is an extremely successful runner, assassin, and thief with a thirst for rare goods, and money is always rare when you have expensive tastes. Taking jobs for reasons that are her own she has never failed once a contract is taken, and carries them out to the letter of the contract. Her success, and success in the past (provided for by training that is unknown except to those that provided it for her) has given her an independence that other runners only aspire too. Just locating her is difficult. She contacts clients after they seek her for a time she determines. Her secrecy is a product of years on the street, what little is known about her other than the above is that she has a fondness for motorcycles and diamonds.

 

Both ladies share a ravishing sexuality and drool inducing beauty that bends the minds and wills of women and men to their wishes. Her touch is electric, the softness of her skin, and sensuality of her eyes has made many do what they would normally never even entertain. Both are on the short side of average, but their nearly perfectly proportioned frames carry curves that seduce all but the hardest of wills, and will harden the rest. Petite, almost mousey at times, and athletic, both are frequently mistaken as years younger. Being carded regularly seems to be the only drawback to such good looks, which is routinely overcome with a couple batted eyelashes. What distinguishes them is complexion, hair, eyes, dress and facial structure. Victoria is a platinum blonde, with long luxurious hair that is styled a variety of eye popping ways. Her light hazel eyes with a touch of green, pale smooth unmarred complexion, and a decidedly urban punk goth dress set her up as fusion of pop goth rocker girl. Her style includes black calf topping tight combat boots, fish net stockings, high mini skirts, tank tops or blouses that show off skin, and leave little for the imagination to fill in. Her manner is that of a partying powerhouse (think a sorority blonde crossed with an escort--that’s a recipe for a woman that knows how to have a good time), with the ability to dance all night, drink most under the table, and still be able to belt out the most recent pop hit usually better than the originator. Spydr however (when she is seen at all) is described as a Hispanic or Spanish vixen of sultry spirits. A regular dark haired beauty with lips that scream for attention and dark eyes that hold ones gaze despite the rest of her lures. Spydr is confident, qualifies as conceited, almost arrogant, but thankfully not self-important and above all a professional runner. She is silent until things concern her, and if she is there they will, so she makes it her business to be a part of the planning, practice, and execution at every phase of a job.
