The hairnet was just that, a hairnet, but jeweled or beaded. When worn, those it effected did not know the wearer was wearing it, nor did they see them wearing this foolish looking hairnet.

Its effects were akin to strong influence. First, everyone seeing the wearer treated them as their best friend. This overwrote negative predispositions and outright hostility. Second, they treated his suggestions as great ideas and undertook them almost without question. Overall, very much like Charm.
