Description

Gangadhar is an average size gnome, standing just over three feet tall. He keeps his curly brown hair short, and likes to dress in bright yellows and deep reds. Above all things, he loves to wear large hats, the larger the brim, the happier he is. Though he never wears his hat inside the church, nor during the dawning hour, at all other times he can be found wearing one hat or another.

Gangadhar's racial exurberence is an asset to the church of Lathander, especially during the dark times of the occupation. Gangadhar enjoys walking around the town, helping out wherever he can, either physically, or spiritually; he makes an effort to be friendly to everyone.

Motives

Gangadhar's short term goal is to attain the rank of Dawngreeter, and hopefully beyond it.

The gnome's long term goal is to bring the Word of the Light to other Gnomish communities, and spreadhing the light of Lathander.

History

Gangadhar was travelling with his wife and children through Daggerdale when their wagon was attacked by a Zhent patrol in 1364 DR. They were brought to Dagger Falls, and imprisoned. He was freed druing the revolution, and assisted as best he could. During the fighting, he faught along side of several other prisoners who worshiped Lathander and never gave up hope. Uplifted by the unending hope these other prisoners felt, Gangadhar decided to devote himself to the Light of Lathander.
